Fearnalls was founded by Mark Fearnall in 2011 who had been in the local property arena since leaving school in the 1980's - he guided the company to become one of Chester's most experienced property experts.

Who are Fearnalls?

The company is owned and managed by John Fearnall & Richard Wheeler. John brings a wealth of business knowledge to the firm and Richard runs the company on a day-to-day basis. Richard is one of the most experienced and well known property professionals working in Chester and is assisted by Tom Fearnall who joined the company in 2021.

What experience do you have?

With over 25 years experience, Richard has a wealth of knowledge relating to all aspects of property sales and an invaluable network of professional advisers including solicitors, surveyors, mortgage consultants, architects and builders.
